Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.
- Experience in a marketing/advertising agency (must)
- Strong sales & negotiation skills
- Ambitious, target-driven mindset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
