Job Description
NHF is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Manager to lead and develop a team, oversee clinical and administrative activities, and enhance guest care within the Recuperative Care department. The role involves training, staffing, implementing health programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will focus on humanizing and localizing care for vulnerable individuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in California
- Current American Heart Association BLS (CPR/First Aid/AED)
- 3 years of progressive Management experience
- Organized, detail oriented, able to handle confidential information
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, meet deadlines and follow through on assignments
