Join our Saint John team as a Customer Service Representative and help shape the success, culture, and client experience of a brand-new location. Assist clients with medical equipment and resolve issues to achieve their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Handle multiple customer calls and in person customer visits
- Manage information in IT systems
- Offer and create solutions based on client's enquiries
- Previous experience in customer service for technical items/services
- Schedule and conduct time management in job duties
- Excellent communication, organization, and listening skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
