Clinical Transition Specialist - Navion Senior Solutions

Navion is a preeminent provider of senior living services throughout the country's Southeast Region. We are looking for a Clinical Transition Specialist to assist the Regional Directors of Clinical Services by providing hands-on clinical support to our communities.

Requirements

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of three (3) years of Assisted Living Director of Clinical Services or similar nursing leadership experience
• Knowledge of and ability to conform to applicable laws, rules, and regulation
