Job Description
Archimedes is seeking a Business Analyst, Call Center role to analyze call center performance, identify trends, and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role will involve leveraging call center platforms to drive business insights, manage data, and optimize operations. Responsibilities include generating reports, project management, and ensuring data integrity.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards
- Generate and maintain comprehensive call center performance reports utilizing PureCloud, SQL database, and PowerBI
- Manage and execute outbound calling projects
- Forecast call demand and support capacity planning
- Collaborate with IT and WFM teams
- Maintain data integrity within PureCloud environment
- Monitor service level agreements and customer satisfaction
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proactively review platform software updates
