Job Description
NAXCON GmbH is a leading German IT and engineering company seeking an HR Manager to lead personnel-related issues and labor law aspects. The successful candidate will design and coordinate HR strategies, negotiate works agreements, and ensure compliance with legal and contractual provisions.
Requirements
- Completed degree with a focus on human resources, organization, or labor law, or comparable qualification
- Relevant experience as an HR manager/HR officer
- Extensive knowledge of the Works Constitution Act as well as labor and social security law
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
- Good user knowledge of SAP/R3 (HR)
- Experience in negotiating works agreements
- High affinity for software and confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in creating and implementing HR concepts
- Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team
- Strong affinity for numbers
- Assertiveness
- Effective communication and results-oriented collaboration
- Experience in project management
- Experience in the responsible management of projects/teams
- Good knowledge of SAP applications
