Job Description
NAXCON GmbH is seeking an HR Specialist to support the HR Manager at the Penzberg site and the HR team at the headquarters in Bremen. The role involves administrative and HR-related processes, with a focus on the requirements of aviation operations.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with additional training in Human Resources
- Initial experience in operational HR administration
- Solid knowledge of labor law and social security law
- Structured and conscientious working style
