Corporate Counsel

Nclusion is a fintech company on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.5 billion people worldwide. We are seeking a Corporate Counsel to handle core regulatory licensing efforts worldwide and support our expanding footprint in the U.S. and emerging international markets.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally in the corporate or financial institutions practice group of a leading international law firm or in-house at a fintech or financial services company
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional matters with strong organizational rigor and attention to detail
• Full professional proficiency in French, including the ability to draft and negotiate legal documents (highly valuable but not mandatory)
