Job Description
Neal R. Gross and Co. is seeking experienced Court Reporters for contract positions to visit client sites and transcribe proceedings. The company caters to clients across various sectors, including local and federal courts, the US House, and the Department of Defense. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, while being adaptable to work schedules from a few jobs a month to 2-3 a week.
Requirements
- 1+ years working as a Court Reporter
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliably punctual and deadline-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Organizational and time-management aptitude
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficient with technology
- Ability to pass security screening for client sites
- NCRA, AAERT, or NVRA certification is preferred
