We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the sales team and business strategy for our enterprise business in the west United States. The role reports to VP Sales, Americas, and will have responsibility for leading a team, acting as a trusted advisor, and driving continued growth for Neat.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in team leadership and development
- Budget and P&L responsibility
- Established network of mid market & enterprise customer contacts
- Knowledge of the video conferencing a plus
- Scaling a fast-growth technology business a must
- Designing strategic go-to-market plans
- Developing new business, a track record in growing new business areas
