2+ years of HR-related experience, Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification desired

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Management, or a related field and 2 years of Economic Development experience and/or Chamber of Commerce experience and/or City/Civil Leadership experience

Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military education/experience required. Previous experience in telecommunications equipment operations and maintenance desired

Associate's degree in electro-mechanical, electronics, or electrical technology, or equivalent experience. 5 years of combined experience at Apprentice and Substation levels for Journey Substation Technician position

Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 2-8 years of experience in operations, maintenance, electrical, instrument and control, engineering, planning, scheduling, warehousing, or inventory management

High school diploma, 21 years of age, 2 years of security operations center experience

High school diploma or equivalent, three years of power plant experience, and six months of on-site experience at CNS

Associate degree, 3 years' experience as an assistant under a Registered Land Surveyor, and current valid Nebraska Driver's License required

Graduate of an accredited utility line technician school, Line Technician experience, and CPR/automated external defibrillator (AED) and first aid certifications
