Job Description
We are looking for a Reactor Operator/Senior Reactor Operator License Class Candidate to join our team at Cooper Nuclear Station in Brownville, Nebraska. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of the reactor and station equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the station while meeting the electrical power needs of NPPD.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of power plant experience
- Six months of on-site experience at CNS
- Respiratory protection qualifications including the donning of Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA)
- Ability to meet Regulatory Guide 1.8 (Revision 3) and ACAD 10-001
- Ability to arrive at the station to perform ERO responsibilities within 45 minutes of notification of an emergency
