Human Resources Business Partner I or II

Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner I or II to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent, providing strategic HR support and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
• Direct HR-related experience in areas such as recruiting, consulting, performance management, investigations, EEOC/Affirmative Action, ADA, and Fair Labor Standards Act
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is desirable
