Customer Service Engineer I is responsible for integrating communication technologies and providing uninterrupted services for customers' information equipment hardware planning, construction, and operation under a comprehensive information solution.

Requirements

• Participate in project information system construction and information infrastructure planning.
• Participate in customer data center planning, construction, and operation, and other information management services (IT Managed Service).
• Service scope: Retail POS systems, multimedia information, self-service machines (ibon/Kiosk), networks, PCs and peripherals, printers, station gates, financial terminal equipment, and deposit slip printers.
• Eliminate hardware failures and anomalies of customers' information equipment, analyze and correct problems.
• Assist and consolidate project construction and operation documentation.
