Requirements
- 3+ years in account management, partnerships, or brand-side marketing/ops leadership
- Hands-on familiarity with modern marketing workflows: community management, influencer strategy, customer care, analytics
- Demonstrated interest in AI: you've explored tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, OpenAI, or built internal automations
- High emotional intelligence and clear communication—comfortable advising executives and creators alike
- History of high performance: multiple promotions, growing scope, or startup-level ownership
