Job Description
The Columbia, South Carolina office of Nelson Mullins is seeking a Legal Billing Assistant to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and preparing invoices, communicating and managing billing needs, and working directly with attorneys and their administrative assistants.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of billing experience
- Prior experience in a law firm is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking expert with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn
