Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in payments operations, fraud/risk operations, or financial services
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards and performance reporting tools
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in identifying inefficiencies
• Strong communicator, able to work effectively across product, operations, and external teams
