Job Description
As a Payment Operations Analyst at Neon, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of Neon Pay's payments operations. You'll manage dispute resolution, fraud investigation, and transaction performance tracking, providing data and insights to fuel payment optimization and risk strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in payments operations, fraud/risk operations, or financial services
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards and performance reporting tools
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in identifying inefficiencies
- Strong communicator, able to work effectively across product, operations, and external teams
