Area Sales Manager België

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for Belgium to strengthen our market position within the professional horticulture industry in Belgium. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial plans specifically aimed at Belgium, achieving sales growth and margin targets, and building and maintaining strong, sustainable customer relationships.

Requirements

• MBO+/HBO work/think level
• Strong commercial drive and result orientation
• Good knowledge of products and market within the (professional) horticulture industry
• Experience with or affinity for key account management
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communicative and interpersonal skills
• Good stakeholder management and multitasking skills
• Experience with sales tools and forecasting
• Fluent Dutch; good knowledge of French is a strong plus
• Good command of English for internal communication within our international organization
