We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for the BeNeLux region for the professional market. The job involves stimulating the development and sales of our substrates, not only in the Westland but also beyond.
Requirements
- Interest in a sustainable, green, and innovative future for both the customer and the organization.
- Curious MBO+ / HBO work and thinking level; but above all, the will to learn and develop.
- Affinity with the greenhouse and horticulture, horticulture and/or agriculture.
- Proficient in Dutch and English at a professional level, and when you also speak German, you give yourself a strong advantage.
- Commercial and active approach; you know how to match the products to the needs of the customer.
- Entrepreneurship; you go actively to work with the expansion of your customer circle/network and help your existing customers to become future-proof.
- Innovative; you think along about the future and have ideas how we as a team and organization can continue to improve.
- Result-oriented; you see it as a challenge to achieve goals, without losing sight of the wishes and needs of the customer.
- Strong personal presentation and network skills; you are not particularly shy.
