Job Description
Kekkilä-BVB is the European leader in the horticulture sector, and we're looking for a customer service employee to join our team. As a customer service employee, you will be the first point of contact for customers in various international markets and ensure smooth order processing from A to Z.
Requirements
- MBO+/HBO work and thinking level
- Experience in a customer service function, preferably in an international environment
- Good command of Dutch and English (additional languages such as German are a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Organizational strength and ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic work environment
- Proactive attitude and eye for process improvement
