We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who lives and breathes data and performance. You bridge the gap between brands and digital channels, creating campaigns that don’t just run, but perform.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in performance marketing.
- Experience with campaign management and optimizations, advanced reporting, creating charts and other data visualizations, presentations, paid media across various channels, programmatic media buying, affiliate marketing is essential
- Social media marketing, Google Ads, Digital out of Home and Connected TV experience, basic programming skills are a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration or a related field
- Fluent in spoken and written English, good German skills
