The IT Field Service Leader is responsible for the strategic management, organization, and operational control of the decentralized field service team in Bonn and Cologne. The main goal is to maximize on-site service quality, sustainably increase customer satisfaction, and ensure efficient and cost-effective team deployment.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene IT-bezogene Berufsausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden oder Teamleiter-Position im IT Fieldservice oder IT Support
- Grundlegendes technisches Fachwissen in den Bereichen Windows und Apple Clients sowie Server- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
- Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Management
- Kundenorientierung, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme und zur Prozessoptimierung
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
