Job Description
Support schools and business customers on site, install/config IT infrastructure, conduct administrative and maintenance work, create documentation, and train IT contact persons.
Requirements
- IT-related vocational training or corresponding work experience
- Familiarity with PC operating systems in MS Windows environment
- Experience in supporting printers and other IT peripherals, as well as networks
- Experience with ticket system (ideally)
- Fluent German (writing and speaking), English is an asset
- Driver's license class B
