IT Project Manager

NetImpact Strategies is seeking an experienced Application Development Project Manager to lead and coordinate the efforts of our custom application development team.

Requirements

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to define and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for the development team.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables.
• Lead sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor development progress to ensure milestones and quality expectations are met.
• Coordinate daily with development team.
• Ensure alignment of tasks, priorities, and timelines across time zones.
• Provide clear guidance and resolve blockers for developers and testers.
• Write or oversee the creation of test plans and test cases.
• Coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing activities.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet performance and security standards.
• Plan and manage go-live schedules, deployment checklists, and communications.
• Provide post-deployment support and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and the Development Team.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
