The Senior Organizational Change Analyst/Consultant plays a pivotal role in leading and managing large-scale OCM initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role involves applying advanced OCM theories and models to develop comprehensive change management plans, conducting in-depth stakeholder analyses, and assessing the impact of proposed changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management, consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the purpose and benefits of change, as well as to engage and influence stakeholders effectively
- Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-step Model, Lewin's Change Management Model)
- Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback, identifying trends, and making recommendations to refine OCM strategies. Understands human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics in the context of change
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
