Job Description
Netskope is seeking a highly motivated Associate Cloud Support Engineer to be the primary point of contact for top-tier IT administrators. This role involves troubleshooting issues, communicating with customers, providing technical solutions, and collaborating with peers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in network security technologies, cloud services, and a strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in supporting large enterprise customers
- Strong TCP/IP knowledge
- Familiarity with DLP and Encryption gateways
- Demonstrable experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems (Active Directory/LDAP)
- Expert in troubleshooting systems and using common tools (tcpdump) and protocols
- Familiarity with cloud apps and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience working with ServiceCloud or other support portal tools
