Job Description
Netskope is seeking a Sr. Staff Software Development Engineer in Test to join their UI engineering team. This role involves developing automation frameworks for testing various Netkope products, working with backend teams, and automating critical tasks for both frontend and backend. The team is focused on cloud security and works with cutting-edge technologies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of hands-on experience developing tests and automation for network and security products.
- Strong expertise in programming languages like Python, pytest or Java.
- Experience designing and building automation frameworks.
- Solid experience in Web User Interface testing.
- Good knowledge of web applications stacks and the http protocols suite.
- Experience testing rest api services.
- Expertise in Selenium and/or Playwright and/or Cypress.
- Excellent debugging and development and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent test planning and execution skills.
- Good working experience in CI/CD using tools like Drone/Bamboo/Jenkins/Gitlab.
- Familiarity with web data formats like JSON, MIME,XML, HTML.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
