Job Description
NFF is seeking an Associate NOC Engineer to provide 1st-level support for network and IT systems technologies as part of their managed services practice. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues within a managed services environment, interacting with clients and vendors, and assisting with internal IT projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with either Windows or Linux System Administration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Dedicated remote work/office environment, free of distractions
