Marketing and Email Automation Associate

We are seeking an experienced Email & Marketing Automation Associate to execute and manage high-volume email communications supporting North America Marketing across Intermediary, Institutional, and Private Wealth audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
• 2+ years of experience using a marketing automation platform (Oracle Eloqua strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of CRM-enabled email marketing, including audience targeting/segmentation, suppressions, and email deliverability best practices.
• Working knowledge of email-specific HTML/CSS, including updating templates and supporting dynamic/personalized content.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requests with excellent prioritization, attention to detail, and end-to-end ownership.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
