Stewardship and Sustainable Investing MBA Intern - New York

Neuberger Berman is an independent, employee-owned, global asset management firm seeking an MBA Intern to support the Stewardship & Sustainable Investing Group in New York.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent Master’s candidate
• Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 graduation
• Bachelor’s degree with a record of high academic achievement
• 3-5 years’ professional experience (preferably in management consulting, investment banking, and/or asset management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, creative, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, driving multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting within an established firm
• Prior experience in or strong demonstrated interest in sustainable or impact investing, with familiarity of industry frameworks and terminology
