Stewardship & Sustainable Investing MBA Intern - London

Neuberger Berman is an independent, employee-owned, global asset management firm seeking an MBA intern to support the Stewardship & Sustainable Investing Group in London. The role involves supporting the integration of financially material factors into investment research, contributing to impact investing strategies, and collaborating with colleagues across the firm.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent Master’s candidate
• Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 graduation
• Bachelor’s degree with a record of high academic achievement
• 3-5 years’ professional experience (preferably in management consulting, investment banking, and/or asset management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, creative, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and drive multiple projects to completion
• Collaborative team player with ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting
• Prior experience in or strong demonstrated interest in sustainable or impact investing
