Job Description
Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Director, Clinical Practice Liaison to provide strategic and operational leadership to field-based teams. The role combines strategic oversight, team development, and cross-functional collaboration with a strong focus on execution excellence and field leadership.
Requirements
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high performing field-based teams
- Translate Medical Affairs strategy into clear, actionable plans
- Ensure consistent scientific messaging and operational excellence
- Oversee CPL field activities and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Contribute to development of key performance indicators and collaborate cross-functionally
