Job Description
This is an Entry Level Position in the Pre-Approval Specialist role. The role involves assisting licensed Purchase Loan Officers with customer communication, educating them about pre-approval options, and handling customer inquiries. The job is a first step in a training program focused on the loan origination process. The position offers an $1000 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment.
Requirements
- Assist customers and Purchase Loan Officers with gathering loan information.
- Communicate with customers and Purchase Loan Officers via email and telephone.
- Set realistic expectations and follow up on conditional items.
- Input data into computer system.
- Complete eConsent and eSign processes.
- Review credit reports.
- Pass the NMLS Exam.
