Job Description
This is a Pre-Approval Specialist (PAL Specialist) training position focused on assisting licensed Purchase Loan Officers with guiding customers through the pre-approval process for a home loan. The role involves providing information, communicating with customers, and contributing to a customer-focused experience. The position requires passing an NMLS Safe Exam and providing excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Previous or current call center or inside customer service or sales experience.
- 2+ years of experience working in the mortgage or real estate industry (preferred).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with mortgage and/or real estate processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
