Job Description
This is the first Pre-Approval Specialist position in our training program. The role involves assisting licensed Purchase Loan Officers with pre-approval processes, providing information to customers, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Success is measured by providing a clear and concise pre-approval process to customers and accurately assisting loan officers.
Requirements
- Previous or current call center or inside customer service or sales experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency communicating with customers over the phone and via email.
- Knowledge of the mortgage loan refinance or home buying process.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
