Job Description
This is an entry-level Mortgage Loan Officer Trainee program designed to train individuals for a Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer role. The program emphasizes communication skills, customer service, and knowledge of the loan origination process. Trainees will assist senior loan officers, gathering information and communicating with customers to prepare them for a pre-approval process.
Requirements
- Previous or current call center or inside customer service or sales experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communicating with customers.
- Knowledge of the mortgage loan refinance or home buying process.
- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Passion for helping customers achieve financial goals.
- Must have passed the NMLS Safe Exam
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
