Job Description
This is a full-time, entry-level Mortgage Loan Officer Trainee position within ID 2024-6849. The program is designed to provide training and mentorship to individuals entering the mortgage industry, preparing them to graduate as senior loan officers. This role involves assisting loan officers with customer pre-approval and communicating with customers about their interest in mortgage loans.
Requirements
- Previous or current call center or inside customer service or sales experience
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency communicating with customers over the phone and via email
- Knowledge of the mortgage loan refinance or home buying process
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Passion for helping customers achieve financial goals
