Job Description
This CD Sales Manager role at ID is focused on optimizing operations and development of company products, including high-interest loan programs like Home Equity Lines of Credit. The role involves managing pipelines, validating closings, supporting sales teams, reviewing paperwork, and staying current on loan regulations. It's an on-site position in Novi, MI.
Requirements
- 2+ years' full time refinance or purchase loan origination experience.
- Strong understanding of federal and state guidelines for loan programs (RESPA, TILA, HMDA).
- Proficiency with Encompass, or other paperless mortgage loan origination systems.
- Current and Active NMLS license.
- Four or more state NMLS licenses preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid and accurate work authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to ten pounds.
