Senior Processor

We are looking for a Senior Processor to join our team at New American Funding. As a Senior Processor, you will be responsible for processing mortgage loans, communicating with customers and loan agents, and ensuring accurate and complete information is in the file before it is sent to underwriting. You will also be required to prioritize and monitor daily workflow, maintain constant communication with customers and loan agents, and coordinate loan closing with customers, title companies, and loan agents.

Requirements

• 5-7 years' recent experience processing mortgage loans
• Current experience processing purchase loans
• Proficient with Encompass, or other paperless mortgage loan origination systems
• Understanding of all compliance regulations and investor guidelines
