Senior Processor

We are looking to add experienced Loan Processors to help us keep up with the demand of our customers wanting to refinance and purchase homes. We offer 100% permanent remote employment and very aggressive bonus plans that reward you for the effort that you put in as an individual.

Requirements

• Process FHA, VA, Conventional and other loan programs
• Accurately calculate income for all types of borrowers
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, loan agents and other third parties
• Request, review and verify all loan documents
• Prioritize and monitor daily workflow
• Maintain constant communication with customers and loan agents
• Coordinate loan closing with customers, title companies, and loan agents
• Work additional hours as needed
