Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage customer problems

- Familiarity with ITIL Framework
- Working knowledge of ITSM ticketing systems
- Knowledge of networking concepts
- Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge
- Comfortable working with network devices
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux operating systems
