Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or similar technical role
- Eager to learn about firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and other networking equipment
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.)
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Cisco / Fortinet / Palo Alto certification is a plus
