Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Mental Health Counseling
- Fully licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC) or associate licensure (CSW, AMFT, ACMHC)
- Two years of therapy experience, including individual, family, and group sessions
- One year of experience in a residential setting using relational and experiential modalities
- Skilled in treatment planning and adjustment
