Requires a bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent experience. Must have a valid driver's license and a favorable driving record
Housing Liaison
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a human services field or 3 years of case management experience, valid driver’s license, and CPI and SOAR certification
Residential Rehabilitation Specialist/Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)
Bachelor's degree in a related field (human services, nurse, etc.) OR LPN/RN with a Bachelor’s. 6 months experience in Mental Health field is a plus. Must have current certifications (CPI, CPR, First Aid)
Community Support Specialist II/Mental Health Case Manager/Assessment Writer
Master's degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, family therapy, or related field with 1+ years of experience in outpatient mental health
Residential Support Specialist/Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)/CNA
High school diploma or GED required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are preferred. Must comply with company policy
Certified Missouri Peer Specialist
HS diploma/GED and a Missouri Peer Specialist certification required. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Residential Support Coordinator- Day OR Evening
Requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a human services field or an LPN license. Obtain certifications (CPI, CPR, Med Aide). Complete application and submit resume

High School Diploma or GED required. Must ensure a caring atmosphere and provide supportive interventions. Compliance with company policy and cleanliness standards are also expected
