Residential Rehabilitation Specialist/Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)

New Horizons is seeking a Residential Rehabilitation Specialist/Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) to provide interventions and leadership to residents with serious mental illness in Columbia. This full-time, 8-hour shift position offers the opportunity to work rotating weekends, and is a part of a residential on-call rotation. The role involves implementing rehabilitation plans, ensuring a safe environment, and coordinating with other providers.

Requirements

• Provide interventions and leadership to residents.
• Ensure facility a welcoming and safe environment.
• Coordinate with facility and other providers.
• Administer medications and ensure accurate records.
• Complete and track medication reorders.
• Obtain CPI, CPR, First Aid, and Level One Med Aide certification.
• Complete application and submit resume.
