Vice President, Power Plant Division

New Leaf Energy is seeking a Vice President, Power Plant Division to lead its IPP division, responsible for profitable operation and growth. The role requires experience scaling organizations and collaboration with other divisions. The company aims to complement the early stages of its core business by building and owning projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in renewable energy development, EPC, project finance, and/or operations
• Experience scaling organizations or building new functions within a growth-stage company
• P&L responsibility for a business or business unit
• Project design and construction subject matter expertise
• Superb stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong project management discipline
• Passion for renewables and decarbonization
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Track record of strong people management
