Job Description
New Leaf Energy is seeking a Vice President, Power Plant Division to lead a growing IPP division, serving as the development team’s external proponent and ensuring the success of projects. The role involves managing a team of NLE employees, overseeing financial operations, and collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, innovative, and accountable to the overall company strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in renewable energy development, EPC, project finance, and/or operations
- Prior P&L responsibility for a business or business unit and a strong understanding of financial results for an IPP
- Superb stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management discipline
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders
