Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor provides oversight of activities in conjunction with applicable Director and/or Associate Director to FACE to FACE PHP Programing as well as Outpatient services. This role is responsible for providing oversight and supervision of clinical and administrative staff in assigned location. This position will require working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide the highest quality of care to clients while upholding high ethical and professional standards.
Requirements
- Assist in the daily management of PHP operations in collaboration with the Site Director and Associate Director
- Provide direct leadership, supervision, and performance oversight to both administrative and clinical staff
- Demonstrate proficiency in New Oakland Family Centers' clinical services, ensuring the implementation of best practices and adherence to agency policies and procedures
