Collection Supervisor

The Collection Supervisor will supervise staff in collections at fixed and/or mobile sites, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. They will serve as a resource for donor eligibility and phlebotomy complications, and be responsible for meeting projected production goals.

Requirements

• Supervises blood collections at fixed/mobile sites
• Trained on all tasks required of Donor Care Technicians I, II, III, IV & V (as applicable)
• Determines job assignments, breaks and mealtimes for staff
• Coordinates with mobile chairperson and volunteers
• Ensures staff compliance with SOPs
• Maintains confidentiality of personal information regarding donors and staff
• Promotes customer service and a positive image of CBC to the community
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance
